INITIAL SORA TRAINING COURSE DESCRIPTION (2- Day Class)

NJ Sora offers Security Officer Registration Act (SORA) training in Northern NJ. Classes are instructed by highly-trained, certified, experienced, Award Winning trainers with years of experience in security and Law Enforcement. The SORA training course includes but is not limited to the following subject matter:

  • Security Officer Duties Orientation
  • NJ Attorney General's Use of Force Policy - NJ De escalation procedures
  • Terrorism Awareness - DHS Terrorism Update
  • Cargo Theft-taught by a S.M.E.
  • Security Measures: Prevention and Deterrence
